Just been diagnosed as diabetic and thought I would like to keep an eye on my sugar levels. This seem to be simple enough to use but comes with no control fluid which the instructions suggest you should use each time a new batch of strips are bought. The cost of supplies 50 lancets and 50strips that come with the machine cost almost as much as buying another full kit where you get the batteries and a lancing pen. I may consider doing this when I need further supplies.
