A very exhaustive and exclusive book on physics. Since it is Indian edition, the paper quality is little bit low but with the given price it works. It is covering from basic to advanced concepts. Although i am not a physics student but my interest in physics and after going through this book it looks it will beneficial for all class of students.

Got the product early . This book is excellent for bsc students . There is lot of illustrations and problems which makes concepts and theories easier to understand.Good for those who wants to know basic knowledge about the subject .

The most preferred Book for learning physics from 0 level. The best book for jee preparation also. Everything is described in a very lucid manner. It's black and white printed. That is the only drawback. I think it could have been better if colour printed.

This has been my favorite text at introductory college level for a long time. The revised version retains the old touch of this classic text while at the same time augmenting it further by modern pedagogic methods informed by physics education research. A book that every college and university physics teacher will find valuable. Highly recommended for students and teachers.

I have given 5 stars because of the classic text of the book. It’s a masterpiece. Each and every concept explained with example. Each example put stress on the targeted concept. But the book is huge, two volume edition could be much more comfortable. The book has considered inertial reference frame in all its example. It could have add concepts on non inertial reference frames with some example.

Wherever you're a science student or not, you might find it really amazing if you are even slightly into any kind of sciencific thing (regardless of the particular subject).Because the way it explains physics is easily comprehensible. You'll learn a lot of basics and intermediate level of it, and you know that's mostly the way before diving deep into any subject. It's panacea for science students particularly, all doubs would be cleared without any additional aid.Purchase, study and bust the mysteries of the universe.Good luck.

The book wasn't given much safety. There was no wrapping around it or something for its safety, yet it was delivered in a good condition. The book looks colorful on the outside but inside......it looks like someone photocopied the whole book and just binded it together. It's in black and white. Nothing appealing. But as a student who doesn't need any colours for motivation, it's okay I guess. Not satisfactory but okay. It's a book that's it. A big one. So if anyone who wants the book to be colorful please try somewhere else this is not something you want
