Pros - Tough build, surely lasts longer, good quality stones, Solid robust, steel drum. Low noise while operation. Easy to operate with timer.Cons - 1 Atta kneader and coconut scrapers are not provided with this grinder one has to buy it Saperately, very disappointing.02 even very essential spatula is not included with grinder one has to buy it Saperately.02 warrenty on timer is only 02 year why not with pro rata basis after two year.OPINION - A- Good and super quality grinder but price is much higher than same quality and design of other brands. Company must lower its profile share and must provide less price to valuable customers.SUGGESTION- STEEL DRUM WITHOUT STONE BASE MUST BE PROVIDED TO CUSTOMERS WHO DAILY USE THIS GRINDER AS A ATTA KNEADER. YOU TAKE IT'S PRICE SAPERATELY BUT DRUM WITH STEEL SHEET BASE IS MUST FOR DAILY ATTA KNEADING PURPOSE.

Excellent Product but catalogue was missed in our pack

Very bad product

The media could not be loaded. The packing was perfect, all the pieces were delivered unscratched.I assembled it immediately and prepared to make batter for dahi vadaI used the timer, set it to 15 mins and followed the instructions on the manual to do my first wet grindingWhat fluffy batter I got ! The vadas were soft, light and crispy, it was a 100% improvement from the last vadas I had made using my mixer grinder. The timer is a boon because I am not a very patient person when it comes to working in the kitchen. I set for 15 mins, I had 1.5 cups of soaked urad dal from the previous night. I am waiting to order the coconut scraper and the dough kneader. It is my first day of using though and everything worked perfectly so far, cleaning the stones and the drum with a brush was easy , I did not feel the need to apply any detergent . I am yet to make idlis

Had reservations to buy a dedicated wet grinder, since it is not multi-purpose but takes considerable space in the kitchen. Finally made mind to buy this as ID Idli-batter is not available at my new place.Idlies are softer than those grinded with a blade type mixer grinder. Dosas are now softer.Problem is it takes a lot of time than usual to grind even for very less batter.I was expecting super silent, but this is not that silent.Good part is once you know how much time it takes to grind, you can set auto-off timer from the next time onwards.
