Absolutely the BEST!
I'm a complete addict when it comes to hojicha lattes, but they were breaking the bank when I bee-lined to my local cafe every morning. Now I make them at home with this delicious and affordable powder! I experimented with a few brands until I settled on this one with the right amount of green tea and smoke. How could I not be pleased with myself?!

Delicious
This is delicious, I make it with pure maple syrup and oat or soy milk. I haven’t tried it hot but love it iced

Must try if you haven’t!
The quality is excellent! This was my first time trying this type of blend, and I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend it and will be buying it again!

Not my cup of Tea
Thought I'd try this as an alternative to my usual roasted green leaves. Not a fan. Taste seems dirty. Color not inviting. Will not purchase it again.

There are better Hojichas out there
I had a good amount of Hojicha before, so I know what flavor profile to look for. Though taste is subjective, this one for me is just okay. I notice that it doesn’t “bubble” as much hence not as creamy vs Ocha Co’s Hojicha. Also tasted more bitter and color is a bit darker. I will still finish my pack because I don’t like wasting food, but will not repurchase.

First experience with Hojicha tea powder
This was my first experience with Hojicha tea and overall I found it to be fine, after sort of figuring out how to prepare it. This unfortunately comes with zero instruction on how to prepare so I just sort of went straight in clumsily.I first tried about a spoonful of the hojicha powder added to a mug of water that I had in the microwave for just under two minutes. Before I even tasted it I could tell it wasn't right...but I added a tiny bit of sugar and tried it anyway. Even though I knew it was wrong it actually still tasted alright. My next attempt, I did about half a spoonful (just my normal eating spoon, not a measuring device) of powder into a mug and had my keurig dispense 8oz of hot water into the powder. This one came out much more to my liking (again with a bit of added sugar) and has been the method I've used since. I do enjoy it and it's nice to not really have to wait the normal length of time to steep, but once I finish this powder I will be going back to my regular green tea bags. This hojicha is not much like my normal lipton green tea bags (which I'm sure is a very American style and probably not what "expert" tea drinkers would say is any good) but I prefer that and it's what I like and am used to. This is my experience as a newcomer to hojicha, so take that for what it's worth. I do enjoy this hojicha well enough and I'm probably not even preparing it properly...In all, This hojicha tea powder is interesting and tastes decent enough to this newcomer. I didn't know what exactly to expect and I did come away from this being overall happy with what it is, but not enough to replace my normal tea routine.

Absolutely delicious!
I was not expecting for this to be as delicious as the regular stem/leaf version of the tea. It is easy to make and appears to be high quality. Smells great, tastes great, what more can I ask for?
