I wanted this item to work so bad, but the one that I received wouldn't even turn on. I even tried fully charging the item to see if that was the problem, but it didn't work. I ultimately had to return the item. I will be looking for another seller to get this item.

The heating worked well and the massager does too. It seems to help sooth cramping. Only thing I didn't like was the massaging was noisier than expected. You can hear it well.

I purchased this heating & massage pad for severe pelvic pain. I absolutely loved it because it actually worked. I told everyone about it. After being bedridden for months, I finally went to Church. It was that quiet while relieving my pain. It’s great to go out & be pain free as you can adjust the heat & massage to your needs. HOWEVER, now I’m left with the massager no longer working. Amazon delivered it on 12/27!The company encourages you to contact them so they can RESOLVE ANY problems but I ‘ve hit a brick wall with Amazon. I bought my granddaughter one also. We both wore ours as she had cramping. Now mine is no longer working & I paid more for mine. I’d give it a 5 but it’s no longer working properly. Again I recd it on 12/27 & today is only 2/11!
