Have mild bunion and significant hammer toe . The 2nd toe was overlapping big toe and causing inflamed area and pain on big toe. I tried 3 to 4 different products for this issue and this one has worked very well. It is easy to get used to wearing them. They keep toes spaced and the silicon ring on the joint on hammertoe keeps it from rubbing against my shoe. I would prefer if the rings only separated the big toe and 2nd toe but wearing the loops over 3 toes is not a problem. They come 2 pair to a bag and I have yet to need the second pair. I have worn these for months sometimes walking miles a day while traveling. I just wash them at night and they are ready to put on the next day. I have not tried them yet with sandels so will see if they still work. May be too visible depending on shoe. I have been in situation where didn't wear them for couple of days and the spacing problem did not recur over that time. I did find one brand that made one toe spacer loop. But it was very thick. Made shoes fit tight. I tried using it at night but unless slept in socks every night they would come off.

I have osteoarthritis and it's making my toe curl inward and I'm walking on my toe nail. I enjoy walking but the discomfort won out. So this soft toe ring with a soft squishy pad on the bottom keeps my to straight so I can continue enjoying my walks. The first couple of uses I could feel the pad, but I no longer feel it. I think it's great.

They fit on my toes well and are very comfortable. But, they don’t stay down at the base of my toes very long before they start creeping up my toes and come off. keep in mind, it could be the shape of my toes/feet?

Box says two pairs….we only received one pair in the box (two items, not four). They work, but if they advertise and charge for two pairs, that’s what you should receive.Update: Upon learning of this, the company contacted me and immediately offered to replace the original purchase to make it right. Received in good condition in a timely manner, and since they work well, I am changing this to five stars. Excellent customer service.

Received 2 pairs but all 4 are for the left foot. Good for left but very uncomfortable on the right foot. After contacting customer service I realized I was mistaken and did receive 2 pairs. Great customer service. Upgraded rating to 5 stars.

Cannot adjust for smaller toes

Item is very comfortable and as described, worth the price. Also reusable.
