Solo lo pude usar 2 veces, a la tercera lo coloqué sobre las llamas y se quemó el cable. Fue mi error pero aún así me parece que es muy delicado y tienes que usarlo con extremo cuidado, per para el asado a veces esto es dificil. Prefiero buscar una solución mucho más robusta.

It works fine

Simple to use, works well, has an alarm and is easy to read. I am visually impaired yet can see this well as it lights up and the numbers are bold. The magnetic part is strong, unfortunately, my oven only has metal on the bar that opens the oven, which is curved, so not an option. The unit has a built in stand, but I worried it would get knocked off the counter because the unit is light weight and attached to the probe. It also has the option of placing it on a nail and i was able to do this right next to the oven. The pre-settings are very convenient and can be adjusted up or down. My only complaint is that the instruction sheet is written so tiny that you need a magnifier to read it.

Should have bought one of these a long tie ago, much better than a stick thermometer. Use it all the time now, and have not blown a meal after about 20 times using this handy tool.
