Revision: Ok after going back to the original I actually prefer this one more. Yes it upset my stomach for the first two to three weeks but after that it was fine. It did seem to make me sweat more and kept me in the gym longer. I will definitely buy it again.This stuff is ok but it upsets my stomach sometimes. I don’t really get as much of the pre workout itch with this as I do with the original, and I prefer the itch.

While we got this product and tried it we never thought it would be the new go to powder. My husband absolutely loves this mix. Not only does it taste great but it works without having crazy side effects. Some other powered shakes give you the literal jitters and shakes- not this stuff! My husband has been able to get through even the toughest of workouts. He was mainly using this while completing the police academy which consists of 4AM PT and then 6AM DT until 11AM. That’s a ton of physical activity for someone his age (38). This kept him motivated, focused, and gave him the energy to fight though. While also building and maintaining muscle growth. Hence why he still uses it for daily workouts! Great product.

Too spicy and stimulating. Always gives me diarrhea. I guess i am not used to the spice levels.

I come back to this product every time around this time of year. This is my #1 go to shred pre workout. I’ve been working out for over 8yrs and when I am looking to cut this is where it’s at, period. I recommend this to anyone trying to cut. Be aware though it is recommended for people who have already been working out for a while. If you aren’t use to exercise you could still use it but don’t take a full serving.

******EDIT*****The manufacturer have sent me a replacement and helped me out!*******This C4 ultimate shred formula is TERRIBLE. It don’t give a kick like the lemon Italian ice flavor ultimate shred and the product don’t even stay dissolved overnight, I’m stuck with it and can’t get my money back. They made the container larger but only fill it up 1/4th of the way and they DEFINITELY changed the formula********

El sabor está malísimo, pero si funciona solo tomo una rayita y ando con demasiada energía, si pica pero cuando empiezas a entrenar se quita, tal vez en otro sabor estaría mejor

This stuff kicks your butt to the moon and then it kicks it back. I use half a scoop of this and hand a scoop of the ultimate strength. Makes me go super saiyan
