****UPDATE**** Been chewing for a good 4 months. I'm noticing a subtle difference in my jawline and surprised it's working (I am also working out too so that is a factor)! I tried the other brands and the quality was very different compared to Titans Jaw. My exerciser regimen has been chewing every 3 days on my short drives (15-20mins) and a little goes a long way. I started with a small amount and slowly been increasing it over time very slowly. One tin did come melted but that was due to summer time so I recommend if you get it melted to throw it in the fridge and just break it into small pieces the next day and its good to go. ***** Heads up, folks: this ain't your regular bubble gum. Tastes like you're chewing on a tree - not exactly a party in your mouth. But hey, I bought it to beef up my jaw muscles, not for a flavor trip. First try? Nearly tossed it. But I gave it another shot. Here's the deal: 1. Sip something tasty while you chew. Makes it bearable and firms it up. 2. Stick it in the fridge overnight. Stops it from gluing to your teeth. Oh, and for the love of all that's holy, don't start with your back teeth! 3. Roll it around in your hand first to ditch some of that white powder. 4. Actually read the instructions, unlike yours truly. Might update y'all after a couple months of jaw workouts. Stay tuned!

This is the worst product I ever bought. I want my money back. I literally tried out two pieces the first one was a small piece that wasn’t even chewy it just got stuck between my teeth and tasted like crap and the second piece was a bigger piece that again wasn’t chewy at all and just tasted and felt like regular gum after you chew it for an hour oh yea but tastes like tree sap. Horrendous

Don’t expect this to be similar to winter fresh gum. This is unflavored mastic gum. It is a jaw workout. I love it - it lasts for 4+ hours of just a jaw crusher. Soften it up in your mouth before chewing.

Not only useless, but creates a huge mess if it melts in your mouth. Personally wasn’t hard enough for me and melted taking 10 minutes to pick out of my teeth. I’ve used better personally.

Product is amazing. Exactly what I was looking for. Love the chew. However, I posted a picture of it on Facebook and now I'll post blocked for 30 days because it looks like a giant bag of crack cociane.

I might have overlooked the size details, but this is definitely a compact bag. That said, it’s impressively durable—much tougher to chew than regular gum, which is great for jaw workouts. While it doesn’t have any taste or flavor, its unique texture really stands out. A heads-up: don’t leave it in a hot place for too long. I left mine in the car during a heatwave, and it fused into one chunk. Also, once chewed, the pieces don’t retain their shape for reuse. However, I’ve already noticed some definition in my jawline, so it absolutely delivers on its promise

some people might complain about the taste or stickiness, but it's literally tree sap so that's how you know you have the good stuff. of course it tastes like pine! look elsewhere if you want juicy fruit. pro tip: chill it for an hour before chewing, let it soften up in your mouth. don't start chomping it straight out of the bag or you'll be picking it out of your teeth all day. Overall, it's exactly what it claims to be. Just know what you're getting into.

This gun attacked me lol. I put a piece in my mouth and it immediately melted to my teeth. When I tried pulling it out it then got stuck to my fingers like super glue. I still can’t get it all off. Will definitely be returning this item
