It is great quality bottle.

Perfect product with the worst packaging ever especially considering overseas delivery. Product arrived with so many scratches and damage on bottom metal part as it is used for years. Seems very strong and durable bottle but I would prefer to use it as brand new at least from the first day of usage.

I’m very disappointed with my purchase. The item arrived with a lot of scratches, making it look used and worn. On top of that, it didn’t come with a box or any proper packaging, which is unacceptable. This is not what I expected, and it feels like I received a second-hand product.

Item shipped a week after ordering and arrived in New Zealand from USA in a few days - fabulous - however putting a stainless steel fragile item just in an envelope for delivery half way around the world is not okay - I paid a fortunate for shipping and no bubblewrap or wrapping to protect it.

Great quality. Easy to drink from and clean, no spill. Honestly the best bottle I've had to date. Great selection of colours to choose from as well.
