Only Hydrilic wokring Up and down. Pushback is not working.
I little disappointed for this product. after setup this item in my office chair. hydraulic was working fine but push back is not working. the pointer is not available, and also they didnt mentioned it.

it's not universal size as claimed
It is not universal size as it claims to be. it was bigger than the one I had. so I couldnt use it on my chair and had to return it.
