However, after reaching out to customer service, I was impressed by their prompt and helpful response. I love this mirror so much!! Im 5’10” so finding a mirror that’s actually tall enough for me is not easy. I love the style, the price is competitive, but what won me over was the size and the free shipping. I couldn’t find any deal that were better than that at any local stores.

Solid mirror; looks great in the space. Easy to hang and very sturdy. Only complaint is reflection presents a much shorter image.

True to the photos in Amazon. The delivery was safe/careful. It’s not too heavy to carry. Pretty easy to get it standing with the metal support part behind. I love the golden arch, makes it seem fancy, more expensive than the actual price. I’m very happy with my new mirror.
