Lucas Oil 10875 Extreme Duty Gun Oil - 1 Ounce (Pack of 20)

Really like this oil. I use it in combination with some other grease I use on trigger parts. For oiling the BCG and buffer it is great. Just thick enough not to run all over the place, but is thin enough to flow a little. No weird smell, easy to get a drop out at a time and I'm not showing any wear on anything from friction. It also does not dry out like some oils, I can pull out a rifle and month or two later and can still see the gloss from the oil.

Most of the stuff I grew up using like Rem oil just seemed to never stay put and disappear in one range session. Lucas oil is actually lubricant and almost as thick as gear oil! Which is a great thing if you want it to stay where you put it and continue to lubricate for multiple range sessions. Ever since I started using Lucas CLP to clean and Lucas Gun Oil to lubricate I clean my guns half as much as I used to if not less than that! It just cleans better, lubricates better and stays put protecting your firearms longer than anything else I've tried. Try it and you won't regret it. Don't clean with the gun oil you need the thinner stuff called Lucas CLP for cleaning. This is used after you have cleaned and wiped everything down. Your gun will tell you where it needs oil for the most part by the wear patterns. Watch a YouTube video if that didn't make sense lol. You'll thank me later!

I love technological advancement -- I was set in my ways and was using the same brand CLP I had used since the mid 1990's. Man, this stuff (LUCAS OIL Extreme Duty Gun Oil) is tons better for lubrication. It has higher viscosity -- just enough to stick exactly where I want it to stay -- and it has made my cheapo handguns, more expensive German handguns, Austrian longer-range ARs and everything run so smoothly. I can feel the difference when I operate the action on each weapon between the lighter fluid I had been using and this purpose-made lubricant oil. I liked the first bottle so much, I bought more for all my maintenance kits.

I love this stuff. I use it on all my guns, I never have an action misfire.

I’ve been using this oil since I bought my first gun. A little goes a long way. If you’re storing your weapon, this is super good to do the job. I will continue to use this oil until I find something better, so far, nothing comes close.

High quality and viscosity oil. I really like it and always use it on my guns. It does an excellent job. Thicker than other big name brands. I do not like its smell much (not the best), but it is not a deal breaker either. I bought it more than once and would buy it again. Prefer an excellent oil with less than excellent smell, than a nice smell out that does not work as well. I always wait until it is on sail and order it.
