My dog absolutely loves this food. We moved him to a raw diet because of toilet problems and skin irritation, and after 2 full days we have already seen a vast improvement. The flavours are great and the consistency is perfect. Definitely worth the change.

Arrives well packed in an insulated box and reliably on time . The dogs love it and the cats want to eat it too . The tripe variety is the favourite with the pets but not the owners! The smell is strong !

Second pack we open that smells off and fog not eating it. Disappointing

All but the youngest dog enjoyed the minced chicken carcass. Too much bone for her. Would like to see more tripe or tripe mix in the bulk buy. Love the fact the chubs are 500g. I will buy again if I can order tripe mixes or mixes with less bone. Would recommend. Thank you seller

Its OK but heavily reliant on chicken carcass, which is a cheap option for the supplier but has a high percentage of bone, meaning this box doesn't overall provide an appropriate balance. It will be ok if you add in different meats from other purchases though. Nice and convenient otherwise in terms of next day delivery, neatly packaged etc.

My very fussy dog likes most this food. Arrived promptly and still frozen. The chubs are in a polystyrene box within a cardboard box. Good company who came back to me really quickly when I had a query.
