Simple and durable.
Very nice. I use it for caving so it has a very tough life getting full of mud and then sterilization.

Wonderful
Very convenient and functional item! Arrived on time, undamaged and functional right out of the box. No complaints; this wrist compass was well designed; fits securely on my wrist and preforms as expected. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for convenience and reliability in navigation!

Good compass for a wearable.
When you are in need of a quick check of your direction and you don’t want or need to get out your map or orienteering compass.

Does what it's supposed to.
This wrist-based compass works for me. I'm only using it while swimming and will only use it in the fog. If it's foggy, I just swim east and I'm safe.If you need extreme accuracy and specific directions, this might not fit the bill. However, if you, like me, only need a general idea of the cardinal directions, you should be fine with this.As for the glow-in-the-dark part, I cannot attest to it. I'm letting it receive direct sunlight between uses, hoping that will be enough to recharge it.You will be able to make out the basic N-E-S-W directions clearly. And I'm glad it works in the water. One piece of advice: while you can remove the compass from the wristband, I'd recommend against doing so. I did that for the first one I purchased and haven't yet been able to slide the button compass back onto the wrist-mount. Just don't do that unless you needn't have it wrist-based again.Good luck with your purchase. Will help with basic (but not pinpoint accurate) directions!

It's okay
When considering a wrist-mounted compass for obtaining a general heading, this product presents a viable option.Firstly, it's important to note that this is my initial experience with a mini compass, and I acknowledge that other reputable brands may offer different results. My primary objective in purchasing this compass was to gain a rough indication of my current direction.Upon usage, several observations came to light:Accuracy: I noticed a discrepancy of approximately 5 degrees, indicating a slight margin of error.Orientation Time: The compass requires a few seconds to orient itself properly and necessitates being held perfectly level to obtain an accurate heading. While these issues detract slightly from its overall performance, it remains a functional tool for basic navigation purposes.

NOT Shielded!
This compass is NOT shielded. Get it close to metal, like a plate carrier and the needle orients to the magnetic field of the metal.
