Carlyle Fiber Complex | 180 Capsules | Non-GMO Supplement | Triple Action Fiber

This is definitely on my list of favorite vitamins I take. I have been struggling to intake enough fiber in my daily diet. This is a great way for me to stay on track and aid my gut health. I like that the supplement doesn’t have a taste. The capsules are easy to swallow. And you get a lot for your buck!

So far these are working really well I've been using a more expensive gummie but this fiber complex works better and more economical

Best fiber capsule I have ever used. I have tried many of every kind of fiber in powder form. If you have trouble as I do with chronic constipation, the # of capsules can be adjusted to "titrate" the amount of laxative effect you need. I don't like brands with sugar/sugar substitute (loose powder types) as some contain carbs which I restrict in my diet. My chronic constipation is not caused by drugs (narcotics, etc).Unless you have this problem it seems trivial, which it is not.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I haven’t seen much results so far, I’ll keep using it and we’ll see then.

These are a great supplement. No taste. I use them for digestion along with another digestive supplement.
