I take this to help with bladder and blood sugar issues. It has worked amazingly for both! My daily glucose numbers dropped by 25 points and was more steady after meals. It is one of my daily supplements I use and I don't miss this one! It's best to take 30 min before or after other meds or supplements as it can interfere with them.

I purchased this because I was wanting to try a brand where I didn't have to take a dosage multiple times a day. This is one a day so it would have been great. However, after taking for a while, I can't say that I notice any difference. So, I guess I'll be going back to my other brand for now until I find something else comparable to it that actually works.
