Price is good but needs some work.
At a third of the price of other bow vises out there this is gonna have some drawbacks. I've had mine for a few days and already broke one of the tightening handles. Now the beauty part is all of the handles are the same threads so I just swapped that handle to the bottom handle since you don't need that to be as tight. Other than that the mounting and setup was simple. the adjustments to get your bow level can be a little finicky but just take your time. I did find that the string level that came with mine was not level. I double checked it with a few other levels and it is in fact off by a good amount. So if you plan on using the supplied levels just verify they are level against a known good level. Also make sure you clean and lube the joints. Mine had some surface rust that wiped off with a rag and the bow clamp portion wasn't very smooth.

Good, but better with a tweak.
It didn't want to hold position very well right out of the box. So, I sanded the powder coat of all of the friction surfaces. Now it doesn't budge.

Not worth the money
Does not hole wide limbed bows. I have a Hoyt Alpha X30 and vise does not open wide enough to hold the bow by the limbs. Will not hold position very well, bow moves while trying to work on it. ent it back and will pay the extra to get me a vise from October Mountain Products. You get what you pay for!!!

It’s a lot smaller than it looks in picture for price should be full size
Should be full size vise for what it cost but it’s well made seems like everything I buy on Amazon is smaller than anything you would buy off shelf

lots of scratches, looks used and could not be put together.
Cannot be assembled. Also has massive scratches. The screw bags look like they have been in the hand many times. It's rude to send it! Exchanged for the second time... returned it straight away!

Good budget archery vice
The media could not be loaded. No real gripes with the performance of this vice. It is what I'd expect for under $150 and I do not really need to spend 200-400 on a vice unless I own a pro shop.I'm setting up my workshop table and mounting different vices for my hobbies. I do not know much about bow maintenance and am only getting back in the sport after a couple decade hiatus (retirement can be wonderful). So I decided that I will be learning how to work on my own equipment and rebuild some old bows I have. This vice is perfect for that. The vice base has 6 holes to mount on a table. What the description page doesn't tell you is that the bottom/back plate is threaded to accommodate the hex screws (photos). You do not need to use it and can just use the provided nuts and add washers. Yes, I did get all six hex screws and nuts, the photo only indicates four. And I went overboard and drilled all six holes into my table, used the threaded back plate, AND backed it up with the nuts. Before using the threaded back plate, I chased the holes with the extra nut they provided (the paint finish needs to be chased by a screw or a tap to ensure that the hex nuts go through properly). They give you an Allen wrench but it only fits the single screw that is not in the supply list. A 6mm long handled hex wrench worked just fine.If you shop bow vices on Amazon, you will find over a half dozen of this exact vice being sold under different mfr names. I am sure they are manufactured by the same facility in China and copied from an old and true design that was once possibly made by the reputable Baker Archery Products. Shop around and read the reviews. One of which has five, 5 star ratings but zero reviews written. Also AI generated photos of the vice in use but mounted completely wrong (and impossible to operate) so I would steer clear of those distributors, they seem shady.Overall, I am happy I picked up this vice. It'll work for my needs.

It’s ok.
For simple tuning and installing accessories, it works just fine. For the price I’m somewhat happy with it.
