Cannot adjust high enough to safely drive at night!

While they fit ok, they are not able to be adjusted high enough to see properly at night. I had the opportunity to drive on a rainy, foggy night on a mountain road after installing these lights and I seriously was taking my life in my hands! Numerous attempts to adjust higher failed. I even added washers to the mounts to shim them up with zero success. They shine about 10 feet in front of the truck and are absolutely NOT SAFE TO USE!My truck is stock height 3500 ram 1 ton.DO NOT BUY THESE LIGHT ASSEMBLIES!
