Great product Great machine for coffee lovers. Looks great, works flawlessly, and delivers perfect coffee cups daily great balance between convenience and quality. The espresso it pulls is smooth, and the grinder does a decent job at maintaining consistency. it fills up quickly if you’re making multiple shots. But in terms of performance, it’s fantastic. Do not forget to weekly cleaning to enjoy the coffee . Totally recommend Love how compact and efficient this machine is! The espresso quality is excellent, and the steam wand does a good job at frothing milk. My only suggestion would be a slightly larger water tank, as it needs refilling quite often. Other than that, it’s a solid machine for anyone who enjoys freshly ground coffee at home.

I would love to give it 5 stars, but it has a couple fundamental problems that cannot be overlooked. I love the flexibility and customization that I get at this price point. Looks great and seems robust in the couple of months it is used. Its my dream come true at a very affordable price and I can create a variety of coffee, except for the below problems. 1. The minimum output that you can configure it for is 35ml. Single shot cup takes in max 12.5g and double 18g. But if output is min 35ml, and if you need neat espresso then you are constrained to use double shot only at max capacity. And you cannot make Ristrettos at all. As a workaround, I need to weigh each shot and manually stop after reaching required output. For me, this lack of flexibility is a big negative. 2. The pre-brew is an amazing function which is usually absent in similar machines in this price range. But for some reason, it works only once after starting the machine. if you try to pull some hot water through the group head before an actual shot, then after that the pre-brew function does not pull water through it. If you pull a shot without trying to warm up the group head, then for the first shot the pre-brew will work. But for all subsequent shots, the pre-brew will not be pulling water. (I haven't tried to turn it off & on to check if the pre-brew will work after the re-start, but that is not worth the hassle.) This is a concern, as in my previous (more basic) espresso maker, once switching on the machine, as the water heats up after 3 mins or so, the group head also starts warming up. But here, even after 10 mins the group head is as cool as if it was never switched on. So I'm forced to manually pull water to warm up the group head. Apart from these two issues, I cannot complain about anything else. Every other function works great. I really love and appreciate all the customization options that I get at this price point.

Writing after using for a month ... Very good machine for the price. Its has many features of high end machine, Specially the temperature control, which many more expensive competitors(in the price range) don't have. Build quality is decent, not very hi end but nothing to complain. Grinder quality is also decent, you need to upgrade if you are looking for more specific variations in taste, but it does good job. You can further adjust setting from inside by removing the grinder bowl. Steam jet is good, has 3 speed setting. Conclusion... I am enjoying the machine very much ... gives consistent good extraction(I have tried 3 in a row). Design is quite excellent with digital panel and flip switches in front. Looks good sitting on kitchen counter. Temperature control is the game changer.

Machine is good, been using for a month now, no issues encountered till now, but no information received from Costar, demo cancelled twice (even amazon didn't support in this regard), no email, no message, no call. Not sure how the customer service support will be handled.
