what can you say about a ball? feels like quality, so get what you pay for. 5 stars. i have a cheaper ball and you can tell the difference.

Since the getting the gymnic ball my daughter has improved her posture immensely, she was born 3mths early has cerabryl palsy unable to sit un aided or walk, we are hopeful but having a simple piece of equipment like this is helping to strenghen her so much, I can't recommend this product enough for what ever you need it for you will see results.

Great for exercise and really helped me recover from sciatica. My physiotherapist highly recommended one.

My partner loves this ball, as it has made life easier during pregnancy. We would even have taken it along to use during childbirth were it not for the fact that the hospital has their own.

Avevo comprato una fit ball di un’altra marca, ma è durata qualche giorno e poi si è bucata. Questa invece è ottima: è la marca adoperata in palestra. In 9 giorni non si è sgonfiata neanche di un millimetro!

Like it, it looks nice, serves the purpouse, seems well made. Is not as shiny in person as in the picture, which I'm actually happy about. I've had it for over a year now and have no complains.

My physical therapist has a Gymnastik Maxafe exercise ball for the patients to use that works well, extremely durable, and holds the air well. I tried looking for it, but Amazon does not have it. The therapist suggested Gymnic plus instead. The regular Gymnic is much less durable than the plus. This exercise ball is very durable, with thicker wall, holds air well, and very strong. Keep in mind that initially when you inflate the ball to the proper pressure, the ball will get softer as the wall stretches. You need to keep pumping air about every few days until the pressure stabilize. Once you reach this point (about 3 weeks) the ball will hold the pressure well. It's best if you use this on hard floor, but carpet floor also works (but carpet has to be short). The ball is easy to clean with just mild soap and water. Like other reviewers said, this is a very strong and durable exercise. If you are looking for one, this is it.

Heavy duty, looks and feels high quality. Great color, too. I'm 5'3" and went with the 65 cm. This size is perfect for my workouts, but sits just a little too low for use as a chair at a desk for my preference - I'm a bit short waisted, however, so this may not be the case for someone of similar height with a longer torso.
