Shake O'CINI - Wild Porcini Mushroom Powder in Shaker 50g

I really enjoyed this powder, used it in combination with fresh and dried mushrooms. Just remember, little amount goes a long way. For longevity extra freshness you can store it airtight container.

Gives anything it is added to a good mushroom flavour.

The dispenser, is aesthetically very pleasing, but I am keeping it and it’s contents in a warm, dry airing cupboard, to prevent the powder from clumping. Because although the top closes over, it is not at all airtight. That being said. I am totally delighted with the dispenser and it’s delectable porcini powder contents. It’s a wonderful culinary hit to any savoury dish!

Yes it's a bit expensive but you don't have to use much to get the flavour. Well worth it and it lasts a while.

My Dad has used this for years and swears by it. I've recently started using it and it's great for adding depth of flavour and umami to mushroom dishes (and others too!). You might not instantly recognise the flavour in your dish (and some of the comments suggest this) but it absolutely makes a difference and if you try/taste the dish first and then add this, you'll notice a change in depth. It basically rounds out what you've already put in in terms of flavour. Wonderful product!

made bbc next level beef stroganoff and this poweder was optional but glad i bought it and the sauce was amazing , the powder lifted everything in the dish ..
