They are staples - they join multiple pieces of paper together (with the help of a stapler).
They do the job they are meant to - that's all you can ask of them.

Omnipress 30 staples 'are 26/6mm staples'
Rapid specify these Rapid Omnipress 30 Staples for use in their Omnipress SO30 and SO30c staplers, especially if you want to retain the validity of their 5 year warranty. I have found, though, that in practical terms the Rapid Omnipress 30 staples are 26/6mm staples, the ones most of us use most of the time.I have used 26/6mm staples in my Omnipress 30 stapler and back-switched the Rapid staples to my old faithful Rexel 56 stapler (which takes 26/6mm staples) and both work equally satisfactorily in both machines.However, if you have an Omnipress stapler and Omnipress staples, that is by the way. What matters then is that these staples do a good job of fixing together up to 30 sheets of paper (80gsm; less if heavier paper is used), which they do.I find nothing wrong with these staples, so five stars.
