We purchased this item originally for privacy when we use the lap top at coffee shops or parks. It fits the screen well and definitely providers privacy from either side. However, we realized that it also serves very well as a general screen protector (kid and cat scratches) and helps prevent blue light irritation on your eyes. It took no time to apply and if I can do it, you can too! I have still been able to use my touch screen without issue. The price was very reasonable for the item. Great product, highly recommend.

I purchased two of these to allow me to have privacy and protection for my laptop and additional screen. I was able to install both screen protectors/privacy screens without having any bubbles. The quality is good and I appreciate that the product came with wet and dry wipes as well as a squeegee to remove air bubbles. My screen allow for me to perform some actions by touching screen and when I touch the protector on the screen, it feels smooth and it protects my screens from scratches that could be caused when touching. I highly recommend this screen protector specifically if you want privacy when in open environments and have a need to keep eyes from lurking.

I needed a pretty basic anti-glare option for my laptop so I grabbed this. The privacy feature was nice, but not a necessity. Boy was I bamboozled. The screen cover had multiple imperfections visible before I even installed it. Little warping or inconsistent texture. I thought this might just be from the top "masking" they put on it for installation, however, so I went ahead and tried to install it. Let me preface this by saying I have installed any number of screen covers and protectors - tablets, portable gaming devices, cell phones, etc. Dozens probably in my lifetime. This was by far the worst when it comes to dust and adherence.I understand part of it is the SIZE of the protector and just the way dust works, but this thing is so statically charged from removing the backing that it just sucks dust onto it. I got most of it off, but the adhesive is so inconsistent that even when using a sweeping motion air would get caught under it. It took me a good 15-20 minutes to get a satisfactory result... and after all that.. it's not very matte/anti-glare. Is is better than nothing? Yes. Is it worth the image quality loss and color balance degradation? Not at all. The privacy feature, however, worked well. So if you only care about privacy and are ONLY going to be doing very basic things like word processing or whatnot, this may work for you if you have the patience to get a reasonable install. If you have any need of image quality or aren't an expert on these installs? Skip this. It was a nightmare and I ended up just ripping it off and tossing it in the trash.

This privacy screen fits my 15.6” laptop well. It blocks side views and helps protect my eyes from blue light and glare. It also keeps the screen safe from scratches. Easy to use and works great!

Easy to install via instructions. Visibility is nice! Bubble removal was easy and they provided a card to help remove bubbles. Very nice screen protector. Definitely worth my money!

The media could not be loaded. It's a great privacy screen. Fit perfect on my 15" laptop. However, it was difficult to put on, because if you didn't line it up correctly the first time, it's a pain to lift it off the screen. It was almost like glue was on the back.At one point I had it almost completed and saw that there was a " speck" of something so I had that little bubble that wasn't smoothing out. So upon trying to lift the screen protector, I thought I was separating my screen from the laptop itself.Luckily it didn't, but it did give me a moment of "please don't break my screen."All that aside, it's a great privacy screen, and works as it's supposed to. It doesn't leave finger prints, it makes the screen matte and no glare, which is all a plus. The privacy from the sides, you can't see unless you're on the immediate right or left of the center screen.It hasn't distored my images during gaming or looking at pictures.So when I travel and have my laptop on, I will feel a little bit more confident that it will give me the privacy I want.The video will give you a slight idea of what it looks like from the angle.
