We can only supply our Grand Wooden loft ladder in a 700mm width.

Q: How easy is it to open and close the ladder from above (ie from the attic space)?

hello to shut from attic you will need to fold lower part ladder up and pull. you will not find a better loft ladder.

Q: Hello , does the floor to ceiling height matter in using these ladders, is there a maxium height these work to the full potential they can be used in

there is a maximum weight, cant remember what height, look it up. There is scope to adjust the ladder, and also cut to length as well.
