These worked so-so. No bad side effects. But stopped being more effective the longer I took them.

Gentle seems to be accurate
Maybe a little too gentle for me. I do better with triphala or other herbs. Not to say this won't work well for someone else who needs a more gentle elimination aid.

So far so good.....................
Had a horrible night with heartburn and upset stomach which may have been the result of dinner the night before, so this morning - I figured - now is as good a time as any to give these rhubarb babies a try. I took one on an empty stomach and my stomach had a sense of calm that it hadn't had in a while. I don't have issues with constipation so I did not purchase for that, but wanted something that has the potential to "find and secrete" some stubborn waste that may have been bypassed. The older I get the more I learn about this issue - even if you do have regular movements - which I do. I can't know yet how this product will do - for the specific reason I purchased, but so far - I like it and I'm going to keep taking them.

Caused nothing but gas and discomfort
This is not work for me and gave me nothing but constant gas and and stomach cramps. I took them as directive for 3 days and could not continue due to the pain and the gas.
