Compact in size, but fits a glucose meter, test strips, 2 pens and some supplies. Although it's a bit small for traveling for a longer trip, you could probably fit all the supplies needed for a weekend inside this case. Totally recommended.

Perfect to hide my naughty secret of how I lost 7 1/2 stone in a year. Ssssshhhhhh don't tell anyone. I can get three injection pens in this as well as the needles and wipes. Traveled through airports with the pens safely, easily and was not stopped. It is a great little size about the size of a glasses case with a super little secret inside that is thermally protected.

This is absolutely the perfect size for two prefilled insulin needles and one slightly larger weekly injectable that I need. The gel pack is small but does the trick For 12 hours, provided you don’t unzip once you put the frozen gel pack in (A bit like opening a freezer door when the power goes off). When travelling with insulin or other medication that has to stay cool, this is perfect. Looks quite sleek and stylish, I love it

Love this item it’s small and compact which I was looking for…fits in more than it seems all though a little more in price than others but well worth it. Perfect for me when I’m out.

Needed this for travel, it kept my injection pen at the right temperature for 6 hours

So this is quite a nice zip up case, compact enough for travel. BUT the ice pack is a joke it lasts no time, which also indicated the insulation on the case is also lacking. there is space for an insulin syringe pen but no compartment for needles unless they are just thrown in where they get in the way of putting the insulin back into the case. My Advice would be try something else!

Poor quality insulation doesn't hold it's cool and on the sode you put ice pack in you'll see a wet patch on the outside of case. Plenty of room for improvement.

L'astuccio è comodo e ben rifinito ma con il solo ghiacciolo in dotazione mantiene il freddo per poco tempo. Sarò costretto a comprare almeno un altro ghiacciolo per quando andrò in vacanza in estate.

Ottimo prodotto, lo utilizzo per trasportare in aereo dei medicinali e mantiene la temperatura per circa 4 ore senza problemi
