Not a full litre...
Great product and great value but if you have a specific recipe and you need a full litre this comes up a bit short. Luckily I had other stock to use...

Product as described
I use 10-30ml of glycerine as pre workout for better pump. The bottle is quite big, so it lasts for a while. Even when I took 30ml at once I didn't get any stomach discomfort, so I guess it is in fact food grade. The glycerine itself is quite sticky and thick and tastes like bitter-sweet cough syrup.
