The box has listed 3 ingredients and then says “ECT” which should have been a warning to not even put them on, but I did it anyway!I have a red mark on my one knee the size of the patch and because I have no idea what’s in it am I having an allergic reaction to something that’s the etc. in the patch?!They don’t stick well at all I put medical tape on top of the patch to keep it stuck on the kneeI felt like my knee was on fire, it itches, burns and left a red patch on knee.You can’t return it but you need to call Amazon and talk to them. They’ll give you a refund. Maybe they gave me.

Definitely less than the pain on my knee when I put these on the first couple do hurt pulling it off because of the hair on my knee but now there’s no hair left lol and are great
