This is a fantastic lamp in so many ways. It gives great light coverage while taking up a very small footprint. You can adjust the brightness, the color temperature, the angle of the light panel, and again, this lamp has a minuscule footprint. It's very easy to move to anywhere you want. If you want it to take up ever less space, you can fold the light down and it literally takes up less space than an insulated water bottle. On top of that, it has a USB-C and USB-A charging port in the base. To top it all off, it requires no assembly whatsoever, and the price is extremely reasonable. I have two of these now and I love them. It's really tough to find such a good lamp at such a good price. Highly recommended.

Honestly, just a great lamp. I got it to replace one of those old-school desk monsters that took up half the table. I aimed the light at the wall near my bed and got this nice, soft, diffused glow — exactly what I was going for.The base is heavy and stable, the control dial is super convenient, and you can adjust the color temperature, which is a big plus. Definitely feels worth the price.A few quirks though: to turn it off, you have to press and hold, which isn’t super intuitive. Sometimes it doesn’t turn on right away, and the brightness adjustment isn’t very linear — goes from dim to bright kind of abruptly.Still, those are minor things. Overall, this lamp is absolutely worth it.

Arrived on time with Amazon packaging. Unboxing un eventful. Suprised that the Honeywell product is actually made in China.Removed from Honeywell box. Plugged into power. At first it did not illuminate. However the on/off/rotary dial button is not an instant on off. Depressing the button and holding for a second or two allowed illumination.Selecting brightness is the outer rotary function of the button. Smooth brightness up or down. Center of the button selects color control changes are smooth by just momentarily depressing the button.To turn off press and hold down button .Great illumination all ranges of brightness and color selection.Why did you pick this product vs others?:Familiar with the Honeywell product

Some heaby duty velcro with sticky backs onto a small VKB joytick plate makes this light all it could be without falling over or getting pretty easily knock off a desk. It's rock solid now and the dial/switch is excellent better than the multitude of cheap lamps quality, really enjoyable to use and rotate for the brightness.Light modes are all fantastick with well above average light throw - conisistent and even in any light modeor tempature. The whole light is built Honeywell quality and I think a ridiculously excellent buy at this price.Yes the USB A and C ports are on top of the base near the dial but I appreciate them being there, no picking the whole light up to find and align a quick plug in - easy to see the slots and pop whatever you need to in. Perfect to recharge Sony WF1000XM 4/5 earbuds and devices you don't want to fast-charge and burn trhough the batteries prematurely in. Nice neat, small footprint. Love the choice of color in lighting for different times of the day. I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth with this lamp. Quick and easy to set up, and operating it is very intuitive.

The media could not be loaded. I have finally found the perfect lamp for my jigsaw puzzle rotating board. I have a 34 inch square rotating puzzle board on my coffee table at all times. I needed a lamp that has a small footprint, is light enough to sit on the corners of the board without causing it to seesaw. And I didn't want a white light and I didn't want a black light. This one is sort of charcoal gray which matches my gray leather furniture not that that means anything but I just like the tones of it in my living room! Much nicer than stark white or industrial black.So that's one plus, but it's got all the other things that I needed. It adjusts up and down the LED strip twists sideways. I often picked my lamp up and move it around my board, and when it doesn't have a 7x4-in footprint it's much easier to do. The footprint on this is like an inch and a half by 3". It's narrow. There's a room to spread out my puzzle and have all my other accessories that I need without having a big slab of lamp base. That's what caught my eye in the first place.It goes up to 5500 in brightness I guess that is, I just know that the good ones go that high. You punch the button once to turn on the light and then you punch it to change color and rotate the round dial damn or brighten. I thought I liked touch buttons but I decided I like this rotary dial with the ability to incrementally lower or raise the brightness because you can get it just the way you want it instead of it being steps of brightness, it's a rolling ramping up or down. You can more accurately find a pleasing light situation.It's attractive it has all the lighting colors you would need, it gets very bright, and I can lower it in the evening. It's such a small base that it can be moved very close to areas of the puzzle. You can set it right on the puzzle if you need to. And the adjustable light panel is just amazing. I had given up on finding one that went up and down and rotated sideways as well. This is the perfect lamp. Absolutely perfect. I almost want to buy more than one so I will have a backup! It cost slightly more than I've been paying for puzzle lamps or task lamps. And I bought them from several different places including amazon. I've had probably eight different lamps, some of them made by a manufacturer that makes crafting lamps that you see at craft stores, that are fairly expensive. This one out performs those and looks nice as well.I'm just sorry I've wasted so much money on cheap lamps over the years. This is a name brand and this is the name brand to buy in this particular task lamp.And you can charge things with it! I don't know that I'll be doing my phone but other little things like my dog's little electronic toys I can plug in here easily with a short cord, or I can use it to charge up little flashlights, various little things that are laying around the house that always need a charge and have short little cords, this is perfect for that.My one and only semi-complaint, is that the cord, given where I have to plug in, is a little short for the particular space where I'm working my puzzle right now. It's not my usual place so it will only be a problem for a little while, because the cord has to go around the table and over a chair arm, so by the time it gets to my coffee table there's not much slack but it's doable. Even three more inches would be helpful. I don't even know how long it is I'm sure it's in the description but that's the only thing I would change. Thanks to Honeywell for manufacturing and engineering the best best little lamp for my purposes. It's like they heard everything I needed! Get it get it get it get it! It's really not that pricey at all, it's going to outlast all of those really cheap ones that I bought for half the price that have died on me. You can feel the quality when you're dealing with it. It's got a steady on with no quivering in the light, and again it's so attractive and sleek and it feels nice and it just looks nice.

Great desk lamp. Very bright if needed. has different settings. Daughter using it in dorm room and says lights the whole room at highest setting which is good since dorm itself does not have good lighting.
