Best glasses for red light therapy
These are perfect for using red light, it was so bright it was triggering migraines for me and these allow me to look directly at the red light to set it up (I use it on hands) but can barely see light thru the glasses and can see enough around to do what I need to fo during treatment. They are not blackout (I bought another kind earlier and they turned out to be blackout so returned those bc might as well use anything to cover eyes then). I searched a long time to find some that blocked a lot of red light but not blackout and these were the best I could find and they turned out to be absolutely perfect and comfortable.

Fully covered
This is much better than the small red capsule one, very comfortable, covered all around the eyes, I can even wear my glass inside! Works well and I can wear this and open my eyes during red light treatment, love it!

Way too big.
Returned item. Will take up to a month to get a less than $10 item refunded?!? Product was okay. Not meant for petite female's head. They were too big. Quality was as expected. They didn't function well because of the fit. I liked the all around eye protection. If they fit, they are worth it. Simply didn't work for me.

It is what you want for RLT
This is very good glasses for red and infrared lights blocking. Unlike other brands like Mito that just completely darken everything, these just block red while leaving the rest of the colors. So you can use your phone easily.

To go with an Infrared Sauna and Red light panel and also an infrared incandescent bulb. All used simultaneously, ofc. I can't say how well these are working, but no fried eyeball black eyes, yet.
