Cooler Box

I got this for taking on picnics, down to the beach and also sometimes out in the car when the weather is hot and I need cold drinks / food. The cooler is really well made and it looks great in it's mini size. I've got larger cool boxes and this one really is great. It comes with a built in / removeable ice pack which can frozen which fits into the lid. This is a really clever idea, especially as it is so small. The lid fits well and it has a nice handle. Overall I'm really pleased with this and will put it to a lot of good use!

The photos in the advert are photoshopped to make it look considerably larger than it actually is. In mitigation, they do state it is a 6-can cool box in the description, but the photos showing bottles - the box isn't tall enough to contain bottles standing up and my 500mL beer cans only fit lying down. It's good for 330mL sized cans though. Otherwise, it's cute. It's reasonably well made but nothing special, so I feel the price is rather high for a box this size - you can get a full size coolbox for the same money. NB - the stated measurements 30x20x20 include things like the handle. I'd more accurately describe the outer dimensions of the box as 28x19x20(high).

This portable cooler box is sturdy and works very well for keeping food cold. I used it to store a cheesecake and some cold canned drinks during a long road trip. The food and drinks were still cold after around 5 hours inside the box, and the outside temperature was around 21c. It is priced at £21.99 at the time of review, and cheaper with a 15% voucher, which I think is reasonable considering its performance so I have no problem recommending it.

This cool box is a handy size for a single person or couple out for the day. It is well made and robust and the lid has a hinge and just clicks shut. There's a cool pack which clips into the lid which is very convenient. I am often frustrated by trying to find the cool packs when preparing for an outing, so knowing there's an obvious place to store it when not in use is a bonus! Size wise it will hold smaller bottles, cans and some snacks, quite a decent capacity if you pack it carefully.

This is a great size for a couple or a very small family picnic. It isn’t as large as I expected it to be from the photos but that’s fine as it suits us and it beats carrying around a heavy big box. It comfortably fit in some sandwiches, a couple of cans and chocolate bar. I might add some more ice next time to supplement the ice block if I’m taking a couple of small bottles of Prosecco. The build quality is good and I like the lid feeling secure

Nice to see a rigid yet scaled down version of a cooler box: This one takes 6 standard 330ml Coke tins and... well, nothing else really, except maybe a chocolate bar squeezed down one side or placed across the top (Note some images suggest this is a larger standard sized cooler - it isn't). Rather neatly, there's an ice-block supplied that snaps into the clip-shut lid that, once frozen, helps keep the tins cool for a good part of the day - especially if both box and tins were pre-cooled, and longer if the box itself is kept cool/in the shade throughout the day. The main carcass itself appears to be well insulated with injected foam, but unfortunately the lid appears not: Injecting some expanding foam in there would likely be a good thing. It's a great little cool box - I like it a lot, but the lid not being properly insulated drops it a star.

This is cool box is well made with a nice smooth finish to it, It is small and and handy for just 1 or 2 people as it will fit a couple of cans and a few sandwiches and bits in, The ice pack just clips into the lid and does a good job of keeping things cool.
