Super Easy to Use, Accurate for health monitoring product good fungction
Pulse Oximeter is a great tool for monitoring oxygen saturation levels and pulse rate. The continuous monitor feature is super helpful when I want to keep track of my SpO2 levels throughout the day. It's compact, easy to use, and the rechargeable battery is a huge plus, saving me from constantly buying new batteries. My only complaint is that it occasionally gives slightly inconsistent readings when I'm moving around, but overall, it works well for most situations.I’ve been using this Pulse Oximeter for a few weeks now, and I am very happy with its performance. The device is lightweight and very easy to use – just place it on your finger, and it gives an instant reading. The continuous monitor function is perfect for keeping track of my blood oxygen levels over extended periods. The rechargeable feature is very convenient, and I love that it doesn’t require constant battery replacement. Great value for the price!I am thoroughly impressed with this Pulse Oximeter. It is super easy to operate, and the display is clear and easy to read. The continuous monitoring is a game-changer, as I can check my oxygen saturation levels multiple times a day without worrying about the device running out of battery. I also appreciate that it’s rechargeable, which makes it more environmentally friendly than disposable battery models. I highly recommend this to anyone needing a reliable and accurate oximeter. This ring is a great tool for home monitoring your o2 levels overnight. Basically a home sleep monitor. Vital tool when you have constricted sleep apnea or other respiratory issues. I use this ring once a week to make sure my CPap & oxygen concentrator prescribed by my Dr are doing their job and set properly. You can use it every night if you choose though. Just to test it, I didn’t use my o2 machine one night and it definitely showed my o2 levels tanking in the low 80’s. Same as what my 3 clinical sleep studies showed. So I know the results are accurate. I showed my Dr this and he was pretty impressed with it. No, this isn’t a clinical sleep study, nor should you make any medical decisions based on this tool. It’s Just a great in-home tool to MONITOR your o2 / pulse rate yourself to make sure the care you’re receiving from a licensed professional isn’t changing between visits. Basically just a peace of mind.It worked for the first few months, but as time went on the low oxygen warnings became more and more frequent. I have checked my sp02 with a regular oximeter and the difference was over ten points or more. The flexible part of the ring has become stretched out over time and the ring has became more and more loose on my finger. It is now to the point the ring is completely inaccurate especially while I am sleeping.Loving the information provided, seems to be accurate with my sleep, study. Easy to wear & the app is simple. Love that I can export the data to excel too.kept trying to get into the Doctor with no success but when I finally spoke to a nurse at the Dr. office she immediately sent me to the ER. Hooked up to an EKG when the O2Ring repeatedly showed spikes over 200 BPM the EKG was showing a nice consistent normal heart rate of between 100-115 (while in ER there were many incidents of the O2Ring going nutsSmall and with excellent portability. Even if you want the keychain but you risk scratching the screen. It seems to work very well. The functionality through the free dedicated app is also excellent. The price is a bit high but if this is to save your driving license and avoid accidents, the shopping may be worth it.

Easy to use. Secure. Accurate reading. Not too hard to learn
My nephew had surgury recently so we got this for him to help monitor his O2 levels and such. The one thing we wanted was something fo a child and thd monitor attachment for this worked out sell. It definitely has more features than those simple finger ones with an additional attachment to help with children or infants. The piece attaches well, securely and comfortably. When looking at next to one in the doctors office, you can see some similar in specifications but it is probably safe to say not as good as those ones on the doctor's office. Regardless it work well for getting reading at home which means it is pretty accurate. The first thing about this is that this is battery capable so it can be something you can take on the go. I like that there is a a charging cradle if you want to plug it in. There is a magnetic piece on the cradle so it is secure. The device stands up as well so you can easily see the readings when you need it. The finger cuff is pretty comfortable as well as the infant/child cuff. It is comfortable and does not chafe or irriate. It does come slide off easily. The connector is not bad. I am not entirely sure what the actual connector is called so I can only describe it as looking like a VGA but with less pins in it. The connector is pretty secure of the most part. It is not too easy to yank out and it gives you a bit of slack. The information and interface makes it pretty simple to read. The battery capability does make it nicer to travel with. The device is not loud nor does not get very hot. The finger tip piece does need to wiped down every so often as dirt can build up. It helps to get a better reading clean. I just use simple wipes to wipe it down. The clamp is not super tight but it holds well on the finger as well as the other attachment. It does have speakers on it as well so you can get alerts if it drops below a certain level. The charging port is just a simple usb cable. It is nothing too fancy. The buttons are simple and not too hard to navigate. The instructions are pretty straigh forward. For the most part, it is compact and easy to hold in your hand. Overall this is a good device to have if you one need a bit of a constant monitoring of your O2 and BP. The alert system is what we wanted. It is loud when it drops to notify you of any issues. The devicec is pretty accurate. It can runs on a battery makes it easy to carry around as needed and the battery life on this varies based on how long you want to use it for. It is something you can take on the go if needed. The device is not too hard to learn and the viewing interface is pretty simple to read. The display is not super bright so it is not annoying if you are trying to use this and sleep. It clips on well without any discomfort and secure. The cradle is also nice to plug in and charge.

Unreliable device
1. Fatal problem. A few times, the device switched off automatically under monitor mode, it was absolutely connected with typeC charger. This is horrible for patient who need the spo2 being monitored at night time. For a person need CPAP at night, it is fatal. 2. Also, it is not accurate, data jumps fluctuatedly up and down for no reason, though patient lying steadily. 3. The sensor clip cable is too short. I normally respect all sellers here on amazon and I usually rated 4 and 5 stars for all my purchases, but this device deserves a zero star.

Continuous pulse ox check does not work
It's impossible to continuously monitor pulse ox overnight. The device keeps powering off every 1-2 hrs even when the fingertip sensor is securely attached. The sensor is quite tight and uncomfortable if you wear it on your finger for several mins.Update:Spot checking works great. Nice screen display.
