I bought this for my husband who has Parkinson's and has found this watch helpful in encouraging him to move and monitor his sleep and movements. It is simple to set up with his Samsung phone and easy to use. He enjoys all the extra features such as weather, being able to answer calls and much more. I didn't notice the Latin American thing until now, we live in the US and it works just fine.

Excellent Watch, got this for my wife to track her health, steps etc...and it's light and very easy to setup. She loves it and wears it everyday!

Good watch, the only problem is the battery life if you leave the AOD on; it only lasts half a day, so you have to charge it in the afternoon or morning so you don't run out of battery At night (if you sleep with it on), otherwise it works great, quite fluid and a very good watch.
