I started taking the product as soon as it arrived. I began with 2 per day for two weeks then gradually reduced to one person day since. I have noticed a significant improvement in my health and weight loss over the past few months and these Fat burners have been the best ones I've ever tried that actually work. They have certainly aided in increasing my metabolism to burn more fat whilst active and I've felt a good change in myself after they started to take effect on me which was only about 4 days in. I've been hard at work searching for a tablet supplement that works with my weight loss and PRO BRN has been the one on top above the others I've tried from other brands. I can honestly say I have always been very hesitant to try a product of this sort but I wish I had tried these alot sooner! I started off by taking 1 day as per instruction and increased to 2 per day after 1 week. As I work from home I tend to snack alot on junk food throughout the day but since I started taking the fat burners 1 after breakfast and 1 after my lunch my unhealthy snacking has completely stopped. I have had zero side effects from these and in all honesty my energy levels are up, im feeling more active i’m getting my regular 10,000k steps daily and i’m eating good. I have definitely noticed a different in how I feel on a day to day basis since incorporating these into my daily routine. Honestly one of my favourite products I’ve bought and I’m so pleased with the results. Definitely a product I will continue to purchase.

I have bought many different tablets to help keep my weight down, it isn't because I am overweight it's mainly because I am diabetic. Anyone that is diabetic will know with all the medications you're given and especially with insulin, you do tend to put on the weight or so I found anyhow. I have found with Slim smart supplement that I have lost weight but gradually. At first when I first took it did upset my stomach however I will put this down to not the tablets itself, but more to do with my other meds. Anyhow less than a week I adjusted to it I found it easy to swallow, without any problems the size for me was not an issue for other people it might be. The packaging and even the tablets look and feel of a good quality as I've said I have loss weight but not in a drastic way it was gradual and there's also curbed me wanting to eat. Which was also something I desperately wanted to do, as I said we're diabetes I know it affects everybody differently but they are days where you just get this hunger for no reason at all. For myself I definitely would buy the product again, I have found it very useful and even where I've had to stop taking it for a little while not due to effect of the tablet. I had a hospital appointment and what I noticed was the weight that I had lost stayed off.

These do exactly what they say. Absolutely brilliant they have gave me loads of energy and helps with me craving food. I've noticed a big difference since taking these. I would highly recommend.

These 100% work I was 24.4 stone over a week ago I stepped on to the scales yesterday and I'm now 23 stone exact, I'm not sure if it's getting rid of excess water but they definitely seem to be helping with my cravings and I'm not as hungry anymore, my metabolism seems to of sped up now and helping with more frequent bowel movements, noticed a massive increase in energy levels no crashing just consistent through out the day, I'm not one to leave reviews unless something is good but these have changed my way of life with in a week and abit 10/10 stars no dodgy side affects either all positive vibes with these

I am almost through my first bottle of Slim Smart and I will be ordering again. I take one tablet at 6 am before I go to the gym and I take my second tablet about 3 pm. I have found that it does curb my appetite. I never eat snacks but taking Slim Smart, I don't even want to. I have also been eating smaller portions and focussing on healthier foods I don't know how much weight I have lost because I only weigh myself once a month, on the first of the month, but my clothes definitely feel more loose and seem to fit me much better. I can't say as I have noticed an increase in energy but then I am 70 years old. I have only given four stars because I find the information available is very limited. There is nothing about whether you should take them all the time, or if not, how to stop taking them. Do you reduce the number of capsules you take over a few days or weeks or do you just stop taking them. I wish there was more information about this.

I have been using these fat burners for a while and straight after having my baby a year ago. They have worked really well for me keeping my weight down. Only downside is the foul aftertaste you get when taking them. Makes me gag every time.
