I’ve really liked this probiotic overall — it’s gentle on my stomach, easy to take, and I’ve noticed improvements in my digestion and overall hormone balance. I noticed my period came with way less PMS symptoms since starting this product. The only downside is the strong orange smell when I open the bottle. At first it didn’t bother me, but over time it’s gotten a little overwhelming and honestly makes me not want to take it some days. Still a good product, just wish the scent wasn’t so strong.

I'm not seeing many positive differences while taking this product. I'm two bottles in. My skin has seemingly gotten worse. I have much more breakouts now than I did when I started taking it. Weight hasn't changed. Hair hasn't changed. My good girl seems more regularly balanced, I like the orange smell, it's very pleasant. But that's about the only area I can give this product props for. I'm going to start looking for something else I think.

I think I hit perimenopause because I suddenly went from having normal five-day periods, to the longest period from hell. Long story short, I experienced a long (super long), heavy strange period that kept coming back one after the other, each worse than before. A few days after taking this supplement, that hellish period became lighter and lighter and then stopped. That was a month ago and I was worried what would happen once it was time for the next period for the following month. I'm happy to say my next period was a 5 day period, still heavy but only 5 days. I'm so happy. My main motivation to buy is product is that it's made of probiotics, which is perfect for me because I didn't want to take a supplement like Dim etc. I took this in conjunction with a TCM supplement called GyneAssure and a tea called Hiherbs Fibroid Tea but ran out of the oills and was inconsistent with the tea, based on this I think these probiotics are the ones that helped my body recover and helped me regulate my hormones. I recommend this.
