Most steamers are shaped like a pitcher, and they are all identical in operation This product has managed top improve on the average steamer in every way. Comes to steam in a third of the time my old pitcher shaped steamer did, has a long hose to allow for movement around a room, has a hand held wand style sprayer instead of having to carry around the weight of a stainless steel pitcher. Cord is long so I can move around the etire room with no effort. Steam is amost instantaneous, virtually no waiting time. Well exceeds my expectations, has my highest recommendation.

Works well but the wand broke already. No support or location to buy a replacement. Same for brushes. They wear out quickly and this seller doesn’t sell them. But very disappointing about the wand. Was in the middle of cleaning grout when it just snapped from the base.
