They look and feel great, I got them for my boyfriend who is 6'6" and pretty slender. We used his correct measurements for waist and length and I think we will probably end up folding the bottom of the pants up 2 inches until we can get them tailored. They are amazing over all and we are very pleased.

Didn't have to iron! They fit my son well and the price was amazing!! I had spent HOURS shopping at stores for size 33x36 and NOTHING then looked Amazon & found these. Came at the perfect time. Highly recommend.

These pants are very good, but not great. The price is good and the quality is good. I would say that these do have an athletic fit, as the fit in the thighs is just right. I have a fairly athletic build( 5'6, 160, 16%bf equally proportioned) and they fit snug but not uncomfortably snug in the thighs, just right I'd say. I would say that these pants fit longer than most pants I have owned. I typically wear a 30 length (primarily because that's the shortest most brands have), so when I saw 28 length I was pretty happy thinking I could have a no break style. When I received the pants they fit more like a 30 length. The pants opening is a good size too and will be most versatile with most shoes you wear. I however have decided that I will taper the length and the opening to work better with loafers and monks. I do like the crease in the pants as that adds some formality and versatility in my opinion. I have not washed any pairs yet so I don't know if they will shrink. My tailor said that she will wash them for me then do the tapering. Overall I am happy with these pants, so much so that I bought 5 pairs (black, olive, stone, khaki, and navy). I wish the khaki had more contrast to the stone and was more of a British Khaki. I also wish they had a light gray. I may get the taupe. Overall, if you are starting a work wardrobe, I think this would be an excellent place to start.**update: I did not taper the pairs I got but did shorten the length with a tailor. She thought the opening it comes in was good. I'm glad I agreed. It's a very versatile leg opening as it works with loafers but also chukkas.

I am 6'4'' and 220-225 lbs. I can NEVER find pants or jeans in my size. Goodthreads has saved me with unique waist sizes and inseams (I wear 35WX36L). I was skeptical but ordered this pair. The athletic fit has been great. I wish it was a little tighter around the ankles but it allows more room in the thigh without looking baggy and it's skinnier in the leg than a straight or regular fit which I think looks more modern. For the price and the quality I got, I will be purchasing more.

I have many pairs of pants literally 10 times what I paid for these, and I just love these.I've always had an issue where the rise of off the rack pants was too small, with a 32in waist and just a touch over 6ft, it just feels like pants are not made for people who have a slim waist, as the rise is always so short it squeezes the crotch uncomfortably (especially when sitting down). while these pants could stand an extra inch or so in the rise, I've yet to find a pair that is this good (ordered 32x31, athletic fit).the stretch is subtle, but as a whole the pants is comfortable. I will surely buy more in the future.

The fit was good and the materials were an OK quality, but the “athletic” fit felt a little more like a “classic” or unfitted look. Maybe I have the wrong idea of an athletic fit (though I have other “athletic fit” clothes from other brands that seem a little closer to a tapered or slim fit), but this was a little too wide at the hips and ankles for me to feel comfortable in them. They didn’t feel very stylish. I will say, though, the color is very accurate on the website, and the pants were excellently priced for the quality. If this kind of fit is what you’re looking for, they’re probably a 10/10 for you.

I have a slight problem actually fitting into slim-fit pants most of the time. I can squeeze in, but it's just not comfortable. If you're like me, you'll love these pants. The material feels nice, and no quality issues that I can find, all for a great price. Will buy Goodthread pants again!

Had to return the first pair for the next size waists. I ordered another pair (different color) at the same as the first pair, and they fit just right. Return process was hassle free, and the replacement pair fit well. Nice quality for the price.
