Very cute and eliminates mess of drippy spoon

I wanted to love this silicone spoon holder, and initially, I did. The design is absolutely adorable, and it’s perfect for keeping utensils off the counter while cooking – a big plus for small kitchens like mine. It’s designed to clip onto the side of a pot or pan, holding up your spoon and preventing drips, which is a smart concept for saving space and cutting down on cleanup. Unfortunately, after just a few uses, the cute little panda started to fall apart. First, his ears came off (which I didn’t realize immediately), and while I was lucky they didn’t fall into my food, it was still disappointing once I did indeed notice that my panda was now bald. I’m not sure if washing it affected the durability, but it seems this is more of a cute novelty item than a reliable kitchen tool. If you’re drawn to the adorable design, just be cautious, as durability seems to be an issue.

I love pandas and I love cooking. This spoon holder is so cute and perfect for keeping spoons and messes off my counter. My only qualm with it is that the spoon handle has to be a certain size which is very rare when it comes to cooking utensils. I now try to use spoons that fit otherwise he just sits there and looks cute.

This little spoon holder is much better in theory than execution. It's incredibly cute, the details are really very good, and it's got a nice weight to it. But that's where the good ends.The bad is that, as a spoon holder, it doesn't sit well on the edge of pots and the way the spoon has to hang makes it very inconvenient and the utensil is in the way. So its main function is somewhat nullified.Then, the actual quality is shockingly bad. I moved the holder with the spoon in it, just to take a picture from a different angle, and an ear fell off. I didn't even realize that it was gone in the photo, I noticed when I went to take it off. When I went to inspect the whole thing, that's when I realized how poorly put together this is. It all came apart in my hands - one hand, in fact - I was able to pop off the other ear and the limbs while I was holding it in one hand.I purchased this for a discount through Vine so I'm unable to return it and have no exchange options. Judging from the other reviews (that weren't there when I purchased it), though, this is how this item is - it's not a fluke - so an exchange wouldn't have been any better.

The panda is super cute, and I couldn’t wait to try it. Sadly, during the 10 min that it took to cook my pasta, the poor panda lost a leg and an ear. They fell off when he got warm. The leg fell off the side and almost fell into the flame of my gas stove, and the ear fell into my pasta pot. Disappointing and potentially dangerous.

This little spoon holder is designed so well not only can it hold a spoon but it can hold a spatula essentially anything with a rounded handle it does well with. It hooked on to the side of the pot and did not melt and held its place magnificently. It's so cute and such a practical price it's great for you to keep for yourself are a cute little stocking stuffer. I would love this and tons of other animals

However, it’s a bit iffy with skillet pans due to their curved rims, which makes it less stable than I anticipated.More disappointing is that, after only a week of use, the head of the panda holder peeled off from the body. It seems like it wasn’t fully molded together, leading to a separation that makes the holder essentially headless.While the holder still functions to some extent, the peeling issue has definitely affected its overall usability and appearance. If you’re looking for something durable and reliable, you might want to consider other options. For a short-term solution, it’s fine, but I’m disappointed with its durability given the brief period of use.
