ColoQure seems to be helping with bloating and digestion. Easy to take capsules. Not a miracle, but a good start for gut health.

Like the title says, it's hard to know if this is helping me after only one month, but I can feel myself being less hungry overall. I may still continue to use it, but I have not made that decision yet.

If you have IBS-C, take some caution with this. It gave me some serious contraction-like pain, which wasn’t fun at all. I have been taking these for almost a month and I find it works well for me. I am very sensitive to what I take, and I have not had any bad reactions to this product at all.Furthermore, I am happy with the results I have had with this product, and receiving a 30-day supply gave my time to see how it worked for me.

Due to some health issues I have a very slow-moving and difficult bowel, sometimes I have to help things along. These pills are very simple to use but they lacked instructions other than to take 2 per day. It didn’t mention drinking a certain amount of water with them or anything which surprised me. I’ve been taking them for a couple days (with a generous glass of water) and things are finally moving again. They are nice and gentle for me and I haven’t experienced any stomach cramps or unpleasantness. The price is a little high for a 30 day supply but they do seem to be working very well for me.

I’d say this is about as effective as psyllium, but I wouldn’t necessarily call it a cleanse...it’s more of a gentle digestive support. It works fairly gently, which is great if you’re looking for something mild. A decent option for gut health if you want something easy on the system!
