Good flavor
It's a good flavor olive oil The taste is good, works well with cooking your food or putting it on top of your food, like on top of soups. The quality is nice and smells nice too. The bottle is big enough to last a while but you'll be using it up quicker than expected when you start using it daily.

a matter of taste
This olive oil has a distinct grassy flavor, which my husband liked but I did not. Good as a finishing oil but not the best as a dipping oil. In my opinion, anyway. :) everyone has a different palate, though!
