Q: What is the taste like?

Mixed with orange juice the taste is quite good. It cuts the acidity and looks like coco. I don’t notice any bitterness at all.

Q: Is this 100% dandelion root? It tastes like the leaves. I thought it should taste nutty and used for coffee?

They say it is 100% Dandelion Root. I think it tastes more like the flower part is used. Thats subjective though..we each have different taste. But I use with lemon or peppermint tea. I would think that used as coffee will be very bitter..but with sweet coffee cream..it may work.
