I bought one of these for a friend of mine who works crazy hours and is also a drummer. (Lots of strain on posture and whatnot) Sleep is important. he seems to like his so I bought two for myself. One for the bedroom and one for the living room. I take a nap in there everyday, sometimes two or three. (I grew up watching Garfield so I don't know any better, also my couches are freakishly comfortable...zzzz) These have absolutely no funky smell. They really are cool to the touch which is great for Texas. Firmness is addressed at the bottom of this review and the size is pretty stellar. I also woke up a hell of a lot less sore just from using these overnight. And my couch nap lasted a lot longer than I had planned because these pillows are crazy comfortable. The lesson here, don't take a nap on these if you have something important to do afterwards. Late, late, late.I have some piercings and these pillows don't irritate them at all. I lay on my back, I lay on my side, I'm an all-over-the-place kind of sleeper. Normally I sleep with my arm under my chin or with my face resting on my arm to kind of pick it up off the pillow. But with this particular pillow I don't need to do that and now I don't know what I'm supposed to do with my arm when I'm asleep. Where is it supposed to go if it's not stuffed under my face? These pillows are great, but now I have to figure out where to put my unused arm.Coincidentally, the friend I got the initial pillow for, used to manufacture pillows similar to this one. So I have learned from him that if the pillow is in a warm environment it becomes softer and the cooler the environment the more firm the pillow will become. I tested this out and it's true. Not that I doubted him since he used to make these things but it's a cool nugget of knowledge to have.

The pillow is comfortable and supports my head and neck without either one being in an awkward position. Having two different heights available for that support means I can use the pillow if I need to have height variability, which I often do when my neck is bothering me, and why I bought this kind of pillow. It gives me the support I need whether I’m lying on my back or sides, which is another plus. The memory foam is thick enough without it being too heavy. It is very well priced (which I admit was a factor in buying it), but more than worth the price. All-in-all I am pleased with this pillow.

This is more like a regular sized pillow. I had one that was just a few inches shorter. So far this has been cool and comfortable to use.

So far one of the best u shaped neck support pillows I have ever had. I was kinda skeptical because the package was so light and it had to inflate so I thought it wouldn't be firm enough but I was wrong. No neck pain anymore!

This is an okay product for the price point. Having neck and back issues for more than a decade, I was seeking a product that would better support my neck curvature during sleep. The pillow does take a bit to get used to. The cooling effect is also a bit sub par as it is average compared to other pillows. Quality overall is also average, lines up with a $25 US pillow.

If you are looking for a firm pillow, I highly recommend buying this one. I was on the hunt for something that was firm yet comfortable during my pregnancy and this one is great. The shape of it actually even allows you to put it in between your knees if you are a side sleeper. It came fast, it is held up even to having to wash it and dry it my children like the pillows and we will be buying more of these, highly recommend.

Finally found the pillow that helps me to sleep well. It is cold so I don’t need to turn over it at night 😅😅

The pillows are very comfortable but the surface material makes it almost impossible for pillow cases to stay on
