Excellent purchase. Allows me to see in real time the energy I am using for each device. The plug extension was ready straight out of the box. Just connected to the socket, opened the app, selected the product and was connected within a minute giving me controller over all 4 of the expansion sockets. Wuck and painless. The app is very easy to navigate and you can name the extension so you know exactly what your turning off and on. Can schedule timer and make sure all your equipment is off when you go to bed. Handy also if your out the house and need to make it look as though the place is occupied. With this extension it already paid for itself as im saving money now daily on my electricity as I had allot of stand by power draw from the tv cabinet. Overall very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyway who is trying to save money on their energy bills or to see how much energy your actually consume in Real time.

A nice addition to anyone's smart home, each socket can be controlled individually either via your preferred smart speaker or via the Tapo app. Very easy to use once it's connected with the app, which also allows you to monitor your power usage.

I bought this for my garage desk setup because I was constantly switching things on and off from under the desk which got me really annoying. So i thought to buy smart individual switch from tapo but i ended up buying the tapo P304M which solved that problem right away and now I can control each outlet easily from my phone or by voice without crawling under the desk. I already have other Tapo products so everything works in the same app which makes whole smart setup much better. Setup was quick, Matter support works smoothly and the build quality feels solid too. The energy monitoring and scheduling features are great extras.

This has been a life saver in my house. I connected my kids TV and Xbox to it on timers which forces them to go get ready for bed without me having to shout at them to logoff. The tapo app is amazing and so easy to set up, I have all my tapo CCTVs, bulbs and sockets paired up with a Google home making it so simple to just tell Google to switch something off or on even remotely. This can also be customised into making anyone belive someone is home or deterring intruders. There is a setting that when my tapo CCTV detects anyone in the front garden it turns on the hallway tapo smart bulb and socket but also sends me a notifications directly to my phone has it starts to record. If you own a garage or motorbikes like me this is amazing, it has detered so many curious people at 3am from even attempting to do anything to my motorbike. Highly recommend Tapo gadgets for ease of compatibility and set up.

Great smart PDU but requires Wi-Fi connection

it was very easy to set up. I have had other smart plugs so it was the same process but I just felt this was really easy because all four sockets were already after adding the whole item. I just changed the names of the sockets which was intuitive. Creating a scene is NOT intuitive with my other plugs but with this one it's intuitively called a schedule so you know what it is immediately. The only other thing is I accidentally created a countdown timer for one item and when I went to bed I could here it clicking on and off which was annoying but I switched the thing off and that was that. It's new but I haven't had to look at instructions or watch a video unlike my other plugs that drove me insane not coming on when they were set to and having to delete the scenes and starting again. The days of the week are set by default which you'd expect to be default rather than none set at all as with the other plugs. So very happy. I wish the cable was longer but, it's long enough so, more cable is just cable you have to hide. everything feels sturdy and good quality too and, should you want to, you can switch off the individual sockets manually and the physical array. You can obviously go wild with setting up the timers with anything you like including Sunrise and Sunset with before and after times up to 5 hours 59 minutes.

Really good purchase and so useful for separating things I want to turn off. Ridiculously easy to set up. Loving the tapo universe of products. My only gripe is there are no options for a longer extension lead than this one, and as this was the only size I had to settle with it being 20cm shorter than I'd have liked. Worth it though!

Wish I got these before. Each of the 4 sockets can be controlled separately and power monitoring for each socket as well. Heavy duty cable and discreet led. Imported into the Tapo app easily and added to Alexa almost straight away. Commands are acted on almost immediately. Will be ordering more
