It never powered on. I used outlets that I know work and it never turned on.

This machine is well worth the money and is durable. Works as it should and the instructions are easy to follow. Can be a bit perplexing at first trying to get the hat and keep the hat positioned in place on the ironing base (almost need 3 hands). Heats up fast, beeps when turned on and after heating up to desired temperature. It's light-weight and small enough for easy storing. Pressure is needed when applying iron on decal. Machine is appealing to the eyes and quite petite.

Used for a kids birthday party where all of the kids got to heat press a custom hat as their favor. Of course the kids only selected their iron-on decals, and secured them in place with the heat safe tape and adults did the heat pressing. The curve was great for the rounded front face of the hats but a small flat press was necessary for the actual bill. Fit both a standard size hat and child's size hat using the rounded stand the press comes with. Temperature settings are pre-set and was easy to use, iron-on decals actually stuck on. Would definitely recommend using with a protective layer over the iron-on decals because some did have color transfer and others seeped out adhesive. While there were no issues with the heat press functioning, it has a strong odor that is let off every time it gets hot. I thought it would fade over time or even if left to air out but even after using it several times, it still smells so potent. The smell does seem to transfer to the hats but the smell on the hats do fade quickly. I can say that in the months I've used this, the decals on the hat are still stuck on, which is a major thing, especially for kids!

Hat press burned the heat transfer and hat. Used for the first time today and was super disappointed. Keep in mind the heat press was on for less than ten seconds before I smelt burning. Wasted hat, product, and past my return window for the heat press. Super disappointed. Update- tried it for the second time. This time was MUCH worse. Product fell apart, smells like burning plastic, and my table has a burn mark. No one has reached out to me from the company and I am EXTREMELY disappointed.
