Beautiful and Sturdy Kitchen Island
Amazing island. It moved around too much with the wheels on so we ended up taking them back off, which was a simple fix. Only thing I would change would be for the doors to be soft-closing. Other than that, perfect in every way. Was easy to put together and very sturdy. An essential part to my kitchen!

Buyer Beware this is JUNK!
This looks so nice in its advertisement/web page but it is JUNK. It comes in a large box that gets torn up in shipping. The quality of the laminate is poor. It comes with corners that are very marred from poor cutting workmanship at the manufacturer. The glue board it is made of even comes cracked where assemble holes are drilled. The wheels do not really lock, the island can still move. As well the wheels are a wobbly uneven movement. Greatly disappointing is that the leaves lift on hinges that are way to lightweight and therefore the leaves sag even prior to use. Then you have the movable brace that is supposed to "lock" in place to hold the leaf up. It does not line up on some areas to lock in because of poorly drilled measurement/alignment of hole when they drilled them at the manufacturer. All that said they are not adequate to hold the leaf up therefore at the slightest bump the leaf will drop and send what ever is sitting on it flying to the floor. It requires painstaking care to assemble and even when complete it is of sad quality and awkward to work with. The weight labeling is set far to high, it cannot take everyday use. Storage capacity is ok except that it is not sturdy at all. Due to its poor quality it really is on the poor functionality side.

It's OK. Weight limit listed is wrong
Update after 2 days. Finish of top is not going to hold up. Visible scuffing ( very hard to get angle on camera right to see it but easily visible in person) from rubbing a piece of chalk over some soft flannel fabric in this location. Down to 3 stars. For some reason my photos got removed, but I put back some of them.Original reviews 4*The good - it goes together pretty easily though it takes some time. (by some time I mean about 5 hours.... and I'm a mechnic and have put together a lot of flat pack!) All hardware was present. Easy to do with one person except for flipping it from upside down to rightside up and that would have been POSSIBLE just maybe not super great for the furniture itself since the structure is not that robust. It looks pretty nice and will be functional for what I want it for. It rolls easily. Instructions were nice and clear with no errors, although there was a hole drilled bottom inside center of the doors that wasn't pictured nor was it used. I thought it was going to be for a doorstop or something but there was nothing. The bad - the hardware was decent quality, but despite being very careful not to overtighten things I did have one screw strip the material, and unfortunately it was on a wheel. Still usable, but unfortunate. It does have a mild chemical odor - which hopefully will fade. Definitely has a bit of wobble when using vibrating kitchen or other equipment on top of it. not sure how long it will last as a result of this. Otherwise it's stable, though. The weight limit listed for the top does NOT match the label limit - in fact none of the weights do but at least the other ones listed are lower than what was stated- according to the tag the top panel has a max of 160 lbs, drop leaf 40 lbs, shelf 40 lbs and drawer 40 lbs. I don't believe the drawer one as it has a VERY THIN bottom. I'd say the 10 they listed on here is probably more accurate. The drawers could have been a couple inches deeper - there is space lost in how they chose to make them . There were also some fairly minor defects, but defects nonetheless on the top surface of the bench. The annoying - the instructions for assembly aren't on the top of the (well packed) box - I had to spend nearly 20 minutes disassembling the box to get to them! They also chose to install a 'permanent label' for tip warning INSIDE a drawer rather than on the back of the unit. I didn't notice it said permanent, and started to peel it off as I do to labels, and this cost me quite a bit of time to finish removing it since it was seriously glued on there. All in all, if you're not into building your own furniture at all, this would be a good buy. Looks nice, rolls nice, hides a lot of stuff.Personally might not purchase again - chose this because it had the front side drop leaf and that was really hard to find - and there wre NO units that were real wood that had it. In retrospect after spending that much time to put it together I should have just built my own cabinet with more solid materials. It would have taken a smidge longer, but would have been much higher quality. This is decent for what it is but the structure is weak and there's not one piece of real wood in it, which means if anything fails it basically can't be repaired.

Fantastic kitchen island. Perfect size and it wasn't difficult to assemble.
Fantastic kitchen island. Perfect size and it wasn't difficult to assemble. My only wish is inside the cabinets there were more holes to have the shelf at different levels. I ended up putting large buckets in there to hold bulk flour and sugar and needed to drill holes so I could have the shelf right above them. Very sturdy and easy to clean. I also like that I can open or close the extenders. Excellent value for the money.

Good product
This has been a huge relief in a kitchen with very few cabinets. Wasn’t hard to put together and is sturdy. Even though we don’t use it for eating, the fold out leaves give lots of extra work space.
