This tent is an absolute steal at under a hundred dollars at time of writing, but I have had both the standard and "Navigator" versions of this tent and I prefer the standard for two main reason: 1. The bag: contrary to the description, the "Navigator" version comes with a conventional stuff sack. Not a bad bag at all, and it has integrated exterior cinch straps with a nice handle integrated on the side if I remember correctly, however after getting used to it I have really grown attached to the "roll-style" cover of the standard color Cross Canyon. Saves some time when packing up and it adapts well whether I want to take my time and pack the tent away in a nice tight roll or if I am in a rush and just want to quickly get it into a sloppier roll and packed away. 2. The mesh color. This is one of the things you probably wouldn't think about, but one of my favorite things about the standard color Cross Canyon is that the mesh is a bright silvery color. In dim conditions, the mesh reflects so much light that it actually provides a surprising amount of privacy even with the fly open or off. Of course this goes away in brighter conditions or if you have a light source inside the tent, but combined with different fly configurations this allows for a very good balance of ventilation and privacy. Unfortunately the "Navigator" version mesh is a much duller grey and doesn't seem like it would have the same effect. I also feel like the bright red and silver of the standard color should reflect sunlight heat better than the duller light and dark greys of the Navigator version, but the star patterns on the Navigator are pretty and the colors are definitely more "stealth" than the standard version if that is what you are going for.

Awesome tent with great rainfly that goes nearly to the ground yet still well ventilated. I ordered two. One came damaged but it was quickly replaced with no issues. Tent is quick to put up/take down. Pleased with purchase.

A good size. Takes some time to set up. Plenty of ventilation and big vestibule. Going to sleep out in it tonight, but I have tested it in the rain. Stayed completely dry.
