Saw some other reviews saying it might be plastic. It is definitely metal and very nice looking. Looks more expensive than it was. Would recommend!

We just leaned this against the wall on our mantel. Looks much more expensive than it is.

Sturdy and not cheap. It came in good packaging and delivered without any problems/ cracks.

It's a beautiful mirror and I was so excited about it but it was only packaged in a cardboard box and 2 small pieces of Styrofoam around it which resulted in it being completely shattered upon delivery. Definitely need to reconsider packaging as this seems to be a common issue.

The media could not be loaded. I chose this mirror because of the vintage/Victorian shape and it's unique wide size for over a dresser I'm turning into a vanity. It's heavy, as all of it is made of metal, even the pieces that look like plastic - see video of magnet sticking to frame and decorative piece. It seems expensive for what it is considering you can find a real vintage mirror for half the price but, the shape is what you can't find, either in new stores or vintage/salvage stores. The mirror is pristine and flat. I planned on painting the frame with brass paint and rub'n'buff anyway so the finish that makes it look like plastic isn't a problem for me. Be careful lifting it out of the packaging as the tabs that hold the mirror in are not bent to contain it. It will need substantial wall anchors due to the weight.

Our house is quirky and I really don't like putting things on the wall. Our house is also old so I try to keep with somewhat vintage looking items here.I love this mirror! It is on my dresser. It isn't wall mounted, it is against the wall and the bottom allows it to be propped there. It's a good size, not overly huge, I think it's the perfect size.The packaging really kept it safe too, it was very well packaged.

My lady loves to decorate. She's fascinated by interior design and always looking for new ways to make our home more homey. I keep an eye out for things that might catch her eye, and when I showed her this mirror she had to try it.It arrived very well packed, everything wrapped and protected and it all arrived intact.When I first pulled the mirror out of hte box I noticed that there was some give between the mirror and the backing. There are prongs that hold the backing on just like in a picture frame. Once I tightened these there was no more give.This mirror is on the shorter side. I initially planned to put it above a desk, but now we're rethinking because the height is perfect to put above something taller, like a fireplace mantle, or a tall desser. If I put the mirror centered at head height while standing there will be too much space between the top of the desk and the mirror.This would also work well above a vanity where it's supposed to sit lower so it's centered in a seated position.It's heavy, has an aged look, and I feel the mirror reflection is a little darker like on antique mirrors, which is a really cool effect.Overall I'm very happy with this mirror. The accents are pretty, the aged look of the frame and the glass is a neat effect, and it's just a pretty piece.I recommend!
