NEPTONION Mini Reptile Glass Terrarium 8"x8"x6" Durable Reptile Habitat Tank with Heat Resistant Aluminum Alloy Frame, Single Swinging Doors for no Jam by Sand and Other Debris

I chose this tank because I wanted to build a terrarium with a false bottom and a water pump setup. The size was perfect, and it looked like it could hold up to about 4 inches of water at the bottom. I did have to seal all the edges with silicone, especially around the middle, and run several leak tests before I got it completely watertight. In the end, it worked out well for what I needed. That said, I’d still recommend getting a pre-sealed tank if your budget allows, just to save time and effort if you are thinking of doing something similar. But since I was trying to keep costs down, this was a solid workaround. Everything else was easy to assemble, and the terrarium turned out really nice!

Honestly, the assembly instructions were so vague. It took me a lot longer to decipher the poor wording and pictures, than it should’ve. Finished product looks good though. It comes with white gloves to handle the glass. It’s difficult even though it’s helpful. The tank is heavy, so be prepared if you have to lift it. The gloves whip off fresh smudges really well.

Usually buy a popular name-brand enclosure, but with the current, uh, issues in my country, I've had to buy from other brands. For the price (at the time I purchased it), this enclosure is quality-made, easy to clean, and functions as expected. Much cheaper than my preferred brand, but it is very well-made. I actually prefer the screen material use on this enclosure versus my usual. The only con is that the way the screen top goes on; it has two tabs that slide in before you lower the top to close it. This makes it slightly difficult to remove the top, but I just used one of those tiny command hooks to make myself a pull-up handle. Problem solved :)

I like it. It’s super cute and perfect for my baby western hognose. She fits perfectly right on top of my desk with me.

Our first order can with shattered glass panels but Amazon sent a replacement relatively quickly. And it came intact! The leafy foliage and vines are minimal for the size of this terrarium. We were fortunate enough to have driftwood, a coconut shelter and other items to provide a plush, jungle-like environment. Easy assemble but I would recommend having a second set of hands when the glass panes are put in place.

Arrived damaged

I own a giant day gecko and after moving, we got this tank. he is active much more now and loves to jump from one side to the next. my only complaint is assembly is slightly complicated. the metal gaskets are easy to fold inward on themselves and render them unusable. also the decorative leaves have no coating to repel water, so it just absorbs the water. so overall, very small complaints and my gecko is happy.

I put this all together and am quite happy with it for ease of assembly and overall quality. One thing to mention, i have one snake thats a baby and the quarter inch gap between the front doors was not serving me well, so i cut a piece of aquarium hose length wise, and set it on one piece of glass to close the gap. I would recomend to the seller to offer a piece of rubber in the package for this purpose.

This was a perfect size for what I wanted . It fits perfectly into a cubed unit with strip lights . Looks great . And with the 2 doors opening at the front , it’s makes it easy for cleaning and feeding x

Une fois le terrarium terminer cela donne un résultat beau et pratique. Il est très grand,quelques morceaux sont faits en alluminiums et la chaleur ce répend plus facilement que mon ancien terrarium. Assurez-vous vous par contre de mettre les pièces dans le bon sens quand vous l'assemblées car sinon vous pourriez voir des espaces aux niveaux du verre. Vous devriez l'installer sur un meuble avec des roues pour pouvoir le déplacer ou un meuble supportant les charges dépassant les 35 kilos étend donner qu'une fois le terrarium assembler il devient très délicat de le déplacer avec les mains. Je l'adore et le recommande fortement pour vôtre reptile pour un plus grand espace de vie ❤️
