Obsessed!
The Oura Ring 4 is sleek, lightweight, and comfortable enough to wear all day and night. Sleep tracking and readiness data feel accurate and genuinely useful, especially once you build a few weeks of history. The Stealth finish looks subtle and doesn’t draw attention. Expensive, but the insights and build quality make it feel worth it.

Avoid! Oura has F on BBB!
BEWARE! This company has an F on the BBB- This is the second Oura ring we purchased, my son is obsessed with health and talked our ears off about an Oura ring, so we bought him one (3rd Gen) which ended up not performing like it should, so we bought him this one, 4th Generation. He loved it so much when it worked, but the battery was defective and started crapping out within months. Tried to contact Oura several times but their customer service care is non existent and abysmal. Left messages, chat, but no one got back to us and of course at this point it was past Amazon's 30 day return window. We contacted Amazon who provided us with Oura's customer service number and escalated the issue... still unsure what that means. But after dropping almost 1K on two rings and zero resolution, we don't recommend them to anyone.

Wish I bought this sooner
I’ve had my Oura ring for about 2 weeks now, and so far I love it. I bought a “random” cheaper ring first, because the price tag and subscription for Oura turned me off, but the other one didn’t work. I returned it and figured I’d try this. First off, get the sizing kit. If you try to guess based off of other rings, you’ll probably be disappointed. I sized it off of my pointer finger, with the intent to move it to smaller fingers as I start losing weight. (I have no interest in having to buy multiple rings if I can avoid it.) It can be worn on either hand, so I have lots of options to swap too as I hit my goals. The ring isn’t tiny, but it’s not obstructive. I’ve gotten used to it and it doesn’t bother me at all. I can shower with it on, wash my hands, go swimming…all the things. As for the tech and the app, super user friendly and easy to use. Everything is pretty intuitive and the data that doesn’t automatically make sense comes with explanations. You can see how everything ties together. Its predictive nature is also 2-for-2 for me. It’s reads your data in its entirety and tells you when things are a little off. I got a warning one morning when I woke up, and spiked a fever that evening. It’s also accurately predicted the timing of other things that women may find useful. One of the main reasons for me getting the Oura was to track sleep. In my opinion, it’s been pretty spot on. If I feel like I’ve laid in bed all night staring at the ceiling, my data matches that. If I feel like I passed out as soon as my head hit the pillow, the data matches it. When I wake up feeling super refreshed, and check the app, it says I slept well. When I wake up feeling like crap, surprise! The app says I slept horribly. From there, it sets your activity target for the day - based on how rested your body is. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase. Only regret is that I spent so long deciding if I really wanted it or not. But, I guess the good thing is that it seems like this model (Oura 4) has fixed a lot of problems some of the older models had. Definitely recommend!

I love tracking my sleep and this ring works well. I also have an Apple Watch but it kept me up getting caught on the pillow and stuff. This ring eliminates that and don’t interrupt my sleep. I have all the sensors turned on and it last me about 6 days I usually charge it Saturday afternoon and top it off again Sunday and never take it off the east of the week

My husband LOVES his ring!
Got this for my husband for his birthday and he seriously loves it. He’s always checking his sleep and activity stats now. The ring looks cool (very similar to his wedding ring), fits great, and the app is super easy to use. Definitely a win — great gift idea!

TERRIBLE BUILD QUALITY
Honestly terrible build quality. The battery used to last a week, and without dropping it or any sort of damage it started only hold charge for less than 3 days! Also the color chips off, and the ring looks all scratched after a couple of months…

Health watch and trust!
The Oura ring is a great addition for those looking to improve their sleep quality and other health conditions. Please note that the ring and app take up to three months of constant use and attention to ensure that you get the most from your ring and app. You’ll spend most of your time adding tags and tracking your body matrix during the initial months. Once you’ve gotten everything sorted out and locked in with the app? You’ll find that the ring and app will signal you to health issues that you would normally ignore. Pay attention to your rings signals of body tracking. You will thank yourself in the long run.

The app is brilliant. It takes a while to get to know you, so don't expect instant insights, but as it builds a picture it is really good at telling you what's going on. I am using it to track my food etc as well, so not exclusively related to what's happening on the ring. On the ring specifically? Well, it is chunkier than a ring you'd buy as jewellery. That's ok and it's not ridiculous, but you have to get used to it. I do find I take it off and put it on more, or change fingers, as my hand needs a rest. The colour... Despite the name stealth, does stand out. If you want something more subtle then brushed or silver is probably better, as it's more like typical jewellery. That being said, I've gotten used to it. Sizing - definitely get the sizing kit and wear not for a few mins but for a day or two to understand how your fingers change size. Battery life is good. I reckon 8 charge it once every 4 otlr 5 days so far. I understand turning off blood oxygen measuring is the way to really eek out more battery life. You can also use airplane mode to reduce how often it speaks to your phone. But yeah, no regrets, it's a great tool and honestly, easier to live with than a smart watch.

I first ordered a size 11 but ended up exchanging it for a size 10, which fits much better. I highly recommend using the sizing kit and wearing a few sizes over a couple of days to find the right fit to ensure an good fit. The ring itself is sleek and discreet, with a premium finish that looks great whether dressed casually or formally. Sleep tracking has been very accurate, providing detailed insights into rest, readiness, and recovery. Heart rate and activity tracking are also reliable, and the companion app is intuitive and easy to navigate. Battery life is impressive, lasting close to a week on a single charge, and charging is quick when needed. Overall, the Oura Ring 4 combines health tracking and everyday wearability better than any wrist-based device I’ve tried. Highly recommended for anyone who wants in-depth health insights in a stylish, unobtrusive form.

This is the second Oura Ring I have owned, this one had a great discount in the Amazon sale so it was worth upgrading from the 3 to the 4. It looks great in Black Stealth and can handle knocks and abuse of a manual labour job. I’ve had it 6 weeks now and worn it every day to work and I still don’t see any scratches dents or marks on it. Battery life is also exceptional at 6 days, maybe 7 at a push. But it doesn’t take long to recharge either. The App that comes with it is very good as well and covers the same matrix that an iOS or Android watch does including sleep, heart rate, oxygen saturation, steps, Activity and even stress. It gives a detailed breakdown of each and depending on how interested you are you can breakdown by day, week, month or year. It can also provide weekly, monthly and yearly reports on All matrix monitored. So if you’re way over your step goal for example the app will suggest setting a higher one. It does the same with sleep etc. There is also a Rest mode if you pick up an injury or illness. I was very surprised when I had the flu and the App notified me that something was going on with my body and suggested rest mode. So if you’re a Sporty individual or just someone like me who likes to keep tabs on my health I would highly recommend this ring.
